We've compiled the most frequently asked questions about our VIP airport meet & greet service.

After your flight lands, our Soliga Travel team greets you at the airport exit gate, takes care of your luggage, and escorts you to your vehicle. From there, whether within the city or between cities, you are transferred directly to wherever you'd like to go.

We offer meet & greet service across Istanbul, primarily at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).

Flights are tracked in real time. If there's a delay, the pickup plan is automatically updated at no extra charge.

We offer up to 90 minutes of free waiting time from landing. If we can't be reached during this period, the booking is considered a 'No Show'.

Depending on your group size, we can comfortably welcome your entire group in a single vehicle using our Minibus, midibus or bus options.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip so the driver and vehicle can be properly planned. Last minute requests are handled based on availability.

We accept cash, credit card and, where applicable, bank transfer.
