The first step is telling us what you need in detail. Once we have your check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, your room type preference and a budget range, we identify the properties in Istanbul that fit those conditions. You can send your request by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.

You are then given several hotel options, each with its location, facilities and strong points explained separately. You are not rushed at this stage; you decide at your own pace. After your approval the booking is completed directly with the hotel and a written confirmation is sent to you.

After your approval we contact the hotel the same day, or the next day at the latest, and send you a written confirmation. For last-minute requests the process is accelerated by phone.

When you tell us your arrival time in advance, we discuss it with the hotel reception beforehand. If the room is not ready you can use the hotel's luggage storage and spend the time in the city. If you want an early check-in, we ask the hotel in advance according to availability.

For group bookings we negotiate with the hotel as a block, but prices can differ by room type (single, double, suite). A suitable room type is set for each participant and a consolidated summary is provided.

The exact address and distance to the airport, the languages spoken at reception, the quality of the internet connection, what breakfast covers, chargeable extras such as parking, and late check-out conditions are the questions that matter most. These points are compiled for you when the options are presented.

Proximity to the clinic, a lift or a ground-floor room, cleanliness standards and a 24-hour reception are the priority criteria. The transfer plan is arranged around your treatment schedule and the connection between the clinic and the hotel is set out in advance.
