To benefit from the service at the standard rate, we recommend creating your reservation at least 24 hours before your aircraft's scheduled landing time for arrival flights, and at least 24 hours before your aircraft's scheduled departure time for departure flights. For reservations created less than 24 hours before these times, a 30% surcharge is applied to the standard service fee due to operational planning and last-minute arrangements.
