In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data may be processed within the scope described below by Soliga Travel acting as the data controller.

4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data, limited to the purpose of providing services, may be shared with our contracted drivers and vehicle suppliers, hotel and accommodation partners, payment institutions, and legally authorized public institutions, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. If your data is transferred abroad, it is processed in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the KVKK.
5. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through channels such as our website, reservation forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, email correspondence and call center, based on the legal grounds of establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent.
6. Your Rights Under the KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, we would like to inform you that by applying to our Company, you have the following rights:
- ✓ To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- ✓ To request information if your personal data has been processed
- ✓ To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- ✓ To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- ✓ To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- ✓ To request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK
- ✓ To request that the operations carried out be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- ✓ To object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis of the processed data exclusively via automated systems
- ✓ To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
7. Application Method
To exercise the rights specified above, you may submit your request in writing to our Company, together with documents verifying your identity, through the contact channels below. Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on their nature.
